PPM Audits

- These audits include a hydraulic asset capture of each property, including pumps, hot plant, backflow devices, temperature control devices, appliances, trade waste set ups, meters, charging, surge protection devices etc.
- For each asset, we document its type, make & model, serial number, location, age, access issues, condition, and more.
- Clients are provided with an asset register and a planned maintenance proposal, including costing, for each site.
- This information can be used to provide a condition report on each asset versus its life expectancy, for value engineering purposes. This allows clients to weigh up whether it’s more cost effective to look at replacing an asset as opposed to spending money servicing/fixing faults on an asset which has reached its end-of-life expectancy.
