Originally starting with PCB Contractors as a site supervisor, Thomas Bennett has played an integral role in the creation and success of PCB Plumbing & Gas. A driven leader with a decade of trades-based experience, Thomas has an impressive depth of commercial sector knowledge.
Prior to joining PCB, he held positions with a number of leading WA firms operating in the civil engineering construction, mining services, and plumbing and civil contracting spaces. Highly personable and hands-on, with plenty of Plant and Equipment experience. Thomas – who is a licensed plumbing contractor – believes continuous learning and a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach is fundamental to ongoing business success and growth.
Part of the 2023 premiership-winning East Fremantle WAFL side, he also understands that creating a motivated team culture based on mutual trust is central to consistently delivering outstanding results for clients.
As the Director and Operations Manager Scott has over 20 years of commercial plumbing & gas experience ranging from domestic maintenance & emergency repairs to commercial fit outs and complete D&C turnkey delivery of commercial projects.
He has a wealth of experience and has a keen eye for detail, is hard working and has a thorough understanding of the industry. Scott believes in maintaining a high standard of work and in teaching/leading others to do the same.

An exceptionally skilled project manager, gas fitter and licensed plumbing contractor, Scott has a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety and a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
Prior to joining the leading PCB team, he was the Business Development Manager / Area Plumbing Manager for a prominent Perth-based builder / multi trade service provider, as well as the Plumbing Manager / Project Manager for a leading WA commercial plumbing services company.
These roles have seen Scott build deep expertise in project planning, contract management, contract negotiation, quality management, conflict resolution, and budget management.
